QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
How far in advance should we book?
Three weeks for a standard party, six for a group of eight or more. Weekday afternoons go fast in wedding season.
Can everyone get different services?
Yes. Every guest picks her own package and add-ons. We just need it locked in a week before so we can staff it properly.
Do you include a touch-up on the big day?
The bride's touch-up is included in her package and we book it for the week of the wedding. Gel holds two to three weeks, so we time it to your date.
What if someone drops out?
Head count locks seven days before. After that we bill the locked count — the chairs are already held and we can't refill them.
Can we bring food or snacks?
Yes — bring your own wrapped desserts and we'll set a table for them, free. Prefer we handle it? Our $175 Photo Corner add-on includes a styled dessert table we set up for you. Either way, we don't allow alcohol on the premises.
How long will our party take?
A senior tech works with the bride while the rest of our team takes your guests. Smaller parties usually all start together; bigger parties may rotate in as chairs open up. We'll give you a real time estimate for your exact party size when we confirm your date.
