What is Gel-X?
Gel-X is a soft-gel extension. Our menu describes it as a lightweight, natural-looking extension applied with a soft gel system, and it works on any nail shape.
Compared with acrylic, Gel-X feels more natural and flexible, while acrylic is stronger for very long lengths. If you are not sure which one fits your hands and daily routine, tell your technician how you use your nails and they will suggest one.
Gel-X and acrylic full sets both need a fill about every 2 to 3 weeks as your natural nail grows out. Nail art, chrome and cat-eye can go on top, and you can bring a photo of the look you want.
